Programming – the determination of the spatial needs necessary to accommodate the requirements of a specific function or end user. Architectural Design / Documentation – design and documentation of the built environment. Interior Design – Interior architecture, material and color selections, furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification. Construction Administration – Construction phase services related to the administration of the construction contract; review of the construction for compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. ADA Compliance Surveys – review of existing facilities for compliance with the requirements of the American Disabilities Act.
